Photography is an optional add-on, billed separately from coordination fees. Rates shown are starting prices — your exact quote, based on home size and location, is confirmed in writing before the shoot is scheduled. Homes over the listed square footage, rush delivery, and additional drone or twilight coverage are quoted up front — no surprises.
